Does TTY Membership cost anything?
No, TTY Membership is free for all customers with a Transtoyou account.
Can I redeem points for cash?
No, points can only be used for discounts and benefits within the platform.
Can I use points on every order?
Yes, you'll get a discount on the total price of your order. There is a limit on using TTY points per order of max 150 points which means 15% discount on the total price.
How long are my points valid?
TTY Points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them.
What happens to my TTY Points if an order doesn't go through?
Declined by the doctor or not shipped for another reason than your own cancellation request → Any used points will be fully returned to your account. Cancelled or returned by you as the customer → Any used points won't be back on your Transtoyou-account.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, TTY Points are personal and linked to your account. They cannot be transferred or combined with other accounts.
Can I combine points with other discounts or promotions?
Yes, in most cases you can. If a specific promotion is an exception, we will clearly mention this in the promotion's terms.
Will my points appear in my account immediately?
Points are added to your Transtoyou account immediately after a completed activity. For certain activities, this may take up to 24 hours. You don't need to do anything because we handle this for you.
