What is an eHealth Profile?
Your eHealth Profile is a secure digital health record that stores all your important medical information in one place. It includes your basic info, medical conditions, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and more. When activated, it can be accessed via a unique QR code or secure link in case of emergency.
How does the Emergency QR Code work?
When you activate your eHealth Profile, we generate a unique QR code linked to your health information. First responders or medical staff can scan this code with any smartphone to instantly view your critical health data. The QR code uses a 64-character encrypted URL that's virtually impossible to guess.
Is my health data secure?
Absolutely. We use SHA-256 encryption with cryptographically secure tokens. Each profile access is logged with IP tracking and rate limiting. Your data is protected with bank-level security. You control exactly what information is visible, and you can deactivate your public profile anytime.
Can I control what information is visible?
Yes, you have complete control over your privacy. Each data field (blood type, allergies, medications, etc.) has its own visibility toggle. You decide exactly what emergency responders can see. We recommend keeping critical information like allergies and blood type visible for safety.
What's included in the free QR stickers?
We offer 4 free premium vinyl stickers with your personal QR code. They're waterproof, transparent, and can be stuck anywhere – your phone case, wallet, helmet, or ID badge. Free worldwide shipping included. You just need to have your address saved in your profile.
What information should I include in my profile?
At minimum, we recommend: blood type, known allergies, current medications, and at least one emergency contact. For a complete profile, also add medical conditions, your primary doctor info, insurance details, and any implants or special needs that medical staff should know about.
Can I share my profile with my doctor?
Yes! You can export your complete health profile as a PDF to share with healthcare providers, or send them your secure profile link directly. This ensures your doctor always has access to your most up-to-date health information.
What happens if I lose my phone with the QR code?
Your QR code is stored securely in your account, so you can always log in and access or download it again. If you're concerned about security, you can generate a new link which will invalidate the old one. This is why we recommend also ordering a physical card or stickers as backup.
