Documents are automatically organized into categories like Medical Records, Prescriptions, Lab Results, Insurance, Referrals, Invoices, Reports, Imaging, Vaccinations, and Consent Forms. You can also search by filename and sort by date, name, or privacy status.
Are my documents secure?
Absolutely. All files are encrypted during upload and storage. Access is strictly controlled through your authenticated account. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive medical documents, and you can revoke visibility at any time.
Can I download all my files at once?
Yes! There's a "Download All" button that lets you download all your documents in one go. You can also download individual files by clicking the download button on each file card. This makes it easy to create backups or share with other healthcare providers.
How do I scan a physical document?
On mobile devices, tap the "Take Photo / Scan Document" button. This opens your camera where you can photograph your document. The image is then uploaded and stored in your files. For best results, ensure good lighting and hold the camera steady above the document.
Can I edit file details after uploading?
Yes, you can edit the display name, category, and privacy settings of any uploaded file. Click the edit (pencil) icon on any file to open the edit dialog. The original filename is preserved, but you can give it a more descriptive display name.
