As a user of our platform, you have the following rights:

Right of Access

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Rectification

You can correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Right to Erasure

In certain cases, you may request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

Right to Restriction

You may ask us to limit the processing of your data under specific circumstances.

Right to Object

You can object to certain types of processing, such as marketing or profiling.

Right to Data Portability

You can request that your data be transferred to another provider in a structured, commonly used format.

Right to Withdraw Consent

If you've previously given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You may contact your national data protection authority or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Data Access via Your Account

Self-Service Data Access

You can access, download, and export your account and service-generated data directly through your Transtoyou dashboard.

Where technically feasible, you may also request that Transtoyou transmits this data to a third party designated by you, in line with applicable EU data access and portability rules, including the EU Data Act where relevant.

How to Submit a Request

If you don't want to use your rights via your Transtoyou account, you can send an email to privacy@transtoyou.com

Send your request directly to our privacy team. Please include the required information listed below.

Dashboard Access

Manage your data directly through your Transtoyou account dashboard for immediate access and control.

Access Dashboard

Please include in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address linked to your Transtoyou account
  • A short description of your request

Identity Verification

In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This ensures that no one else can access or delete your personal data.

When ID Verification May Be Required

If we cannot confirm your identity using your account details, we may ask you to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID. This only happens when strictly necessary:

  • When requesting access to medical records
  • When requesting deletion of sensitive data
  • When using a different email address than your account

We will inform you in advance if this applies to your request.

Response Time

Our Commitment

We respond to all GDPR-related requests within one month.

In exceptional cases, if the request is complex or involves multiple systems, we may extend this period by up to two additional months. If that happens, we will notify you within the first month.
