Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I log entries?
We recommend logging at least once daily, but the more you log, the better insights you'll gain. Try to log medication intakes as they happen, and symptoms when you notice them. Even a quick note at the end of the day helps maintain continuity.
Can the doctor see all my diary entries?
No, your diary is private by default. You control what the doctor sees by enabling Doctor Sharing and marking specific entries as "Share with doctor". Only entries you explicitly mark will be visible to a doctor via Transtoyou.". Only entries you explicitly mark will be visible to your healthcare provider.
What's the difference between the three entry types?
Intakes are for logging medications, supplements, and treatments. Symptoms track how you're feeling (pain, energy, mood levels). Notes are for general observations, appointments, or anything else you want to remember.
Can I edit or delete entries after saving?
Yes, you can edit any entry by clicking on it and selecting "Edit". You can also delete entries, though we recommend editing instead to maintain an accurate health history. Deleted entries cannot be recovered.
Can I have multiple diaries?
Yes! You can create multiple diaries for different purposes, such as separating hormone tracking from general health, or keeping a separate diary for a specific treatment. Each diary can have its own icon, color, and sharing settings.
What does the streak counter mean?
The streak counter shows how many consecutive days you've logged at least one entry. It's a motivational tool to encourage consistent tracking. Missing a day resets the streak, so try to log something daily!
Can I add photos to my entries?
Yes, you can attach photos to any entry type. This is useful for documenting skin changes, medication packaging, injection sites, or anything visual you want to track or share with your doctor.
How do I export my diary data?
Click the "Export" button in the diary sidebar to download your diary data. You can export as PDF for sharing with healthcare providers or as CSV for your own records and analysis.
